Prerequisites:

  • AWS Organizations with consolidated billing enabled

  • AWS Cost and Usage Report enabled in your AWS Management account

  • Cost Allocation Tagging Configuration (highly recommended)

Connection Process:

  • Log into your CloudNito dashboard

  • Navigate to Settings > AWS Account

  • Click "Add AWS Account"

  • Use your Amazon credentials to log in From Automated Setup.

  • Click on “Create Stack”

  • Give it some time to finish connecting.

CloudNito's AWS Access:

  • Read-only access to cost, usage data, and relevant metadata

  • No access to data unless explicitly authorized

  • Uses minimum required permissions for cost optimization features

Next Steps:

  • Connect additional AWS accounts

  • Start using CloudNito's AI-powered cost optimization features

Remember : You must have CloudNito Admin privileges to add new connections.
